At Italia Moto, we strive to deliver your order quickly, securely, and at a fair cost. This Shipping Policy explains our terms and processes for local and international deliveries.

1. Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment is received.
• Orders placed on weekends, closure days and/or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Custom or special-order items may require longer processing times.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

• We use trusted carrier services such as Australia Post and Sendle for deliveries.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
• Free shipping may apply for promotions or specific order values, as advertised.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping: 14–30 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.

4. Tracking

• All orders include a tracking number.
• Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once the order is shipped.

5. Delivery Address

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
• Italia Moto is not liable for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes for bulky or oversized items.

6. International Orders

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
• Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections.

7. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@italiamoto.com.
• We will work with the delivery carrier to locate and resolve the issue.
• Italia Moto is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or customs processes.

8. In-Store Pickup (Optional)

• Customers may choose to collect their order directly from Italia Moto at 104 Helensvale Rd, Helensvale QLD 4212 at no cost.
• Pickup orders will be ready within 2–4 business days, and you will be notified when your order is available.

9. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of Australia and is subject to the protections under the Australian Consumer Law.
